Return Shipping |
|
|
In this pouch you will find your pre-printed Return Shipment Label/s. To ensure your equipment is returned on time, please make sure to call FedEx® (1.800.463.3339) to schedule a pick up of your equipment for the first business day after your event. |

|
Late Fees |
|
|
Late Fees will be charged at daily rental amount for each calendar day after your due date.
To avoid late fees we recommend that you call to schedule a FedEx® pick up one business day before the last day of your event. If you have not called FedEx® to schedule a pick up for the next business day after your event we recommend dropping off your rental at your closest FedEx® Kinko’s location to avoid late fees. |

Added Charges |
|
|
All headsets must be wrapped before being returned or there will be a $2.00 assessment per unwrapped headset. Damaged or lost Rental Packet will result in a $50 charge. Damaged equipment due to improper packing will be assessed at inventory productive replacement value rates. |
